Coffee, Culture, and Conversations
The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) promotes a culturally inclusive campus environment. We provide, celebrate, and develop supportive and inclusive environments. The purpose of the office is to empower the Campus Community to excel in their endeavors, experience diversity, engage in activism, make positive choices, and serve their communities. OMSA seeks to provide cross-cultural education, leadership, and student development opportunities. We serve to be a "home away from home" for Students, Faculty, and Staff. The center is a safe space for cultural and identity development.
Our mission is, and will continue to be, supportive of the goals of an intentionally diverse campus community through the following:
• Advocacy for Students
• Celebrate Diversity within the Campus Community
• Cultural Awareness and Cultural Competence Education
• Social Justice Issues
We will continue to offer programming and support to the community through our office sponsored program “Coffee, Culture, and Conversations”. Through this program we are curating a virtual space for discussion, and action, for the Campus Community.
We welcome you to join us for these conversations! Using your EKU Email address, you may register here: Coffee, Culture, and Conversations – Registration Link
